Have you ever felt your mood drastically go down all of a sudden?

Have you ever think about something that bothering you so much?

Have you ever felt like you couldn’t be a happy person?

widely felt that way. They think that it’s hard or impossible to become a happy person. Well, why does that happen? What causes people to be unhappy?

Majority of people suffers from overthink as result as doubtful. They overreact to problems that are not really problems. We think that we don’t know how to solve those problems, and as a result, we overthink it and become doubtful.

Even though you know the answer, sometimes the laziness to take the action could lead to overthinking. That’s why procrastinating is pretty dangerous. Procrastinating could lead to unnecessary doubt. It’s not that we don’t know what to do, but we just overthink it, which leads us to be doubtful.

Worrying too much or being doubtful is like drowning in a shallow pool. You doubt yourself so much that you don’t realize that you are not in trouble. You need to avoid this kind of thing because it could affect your mood entirely for a day or two. So, being aware of it is an important thing to do.

We often worry excessively or are skeptical because we are accustomed to doubting. We used to think that there was no problem. There will always be a big problem. We used to doubt that we can’t solve our problems. We can’t find a way to get out of this situation. That leads us into unnecessary doubt.

So how exactly to not worry too much?

You need to understand the cause of your worries. If there’s an effect, there might be a cause before it. So, to find the cause of your worries, try to ask yourself,

“Why am I feel this way?”

Then, all of a sudden, your mind will starting to work and starting to find the answer of your question. Well, maybe you are worried because you didn’t study for your upcoming exam. Maybe you don’t understand the job that given by your boss. Maybe you worried because your money is empty.

By finding your cause, you start to understand why you feel worried. By knowing that, you might become easier to find the solution.

If you already find the cause of your worries, now start to find the solution for your worries. Worrying wouldn’t give you a solution. Worrying only causes you to overthink and procrastinate in order to solve the problem about which you are concerned.

Ask yourself,

“In 3 or 5 more years, would I worrying this thing again?”

Not even 3 or 5 more years; after 1 year, you won’t worry about the same things. It’s just a matter of knowing and became patience about it.

Worrying is like drowning in shallow water. You overthink it!

Remember that you are not alone. A lot of people are facing this problem. Start to love yourself by knowing what you are doubting. Then start to ask yourself,

“What worse could be done?”
