How To Overcome Anxiety

I started to worry and didn’t know what to do.  I actually have plans for what I need to do, but when it comes to taking action, I start to blank and don’t know how to start or even what to do. After that, I just keep scrolling on social media and do nothing. I keep on scrolling and trying to find a “validation” or some post that could help me calm my anxiety.  The more I scroll, the more anxious I become.
